Terms of Service

Welcome to GIMS — Grawity Institute Management System, a software platform operated by Grawity (“Grawity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GIMS, including its website, applications, dashboards, features, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using GIMS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GIMS is an institute management platform designed to help educational and coaching institutes manage day-to-day operations through a connected digital workspace.

Depending on the account and plan, GIMS may include student and teacher management, attendance, batches and classes, fee and payment records, academic management, online tests and assessments, student progress and results, reports, role-based access, institute administration, and features introduced by Grawity over time. Available features may change as GIMS develops.

You may use GIMS only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Where an institute creates or manages accounts for students, teachers, staff, or other users, that institute is responsible for ensuring they are appropriately authorised to access the Service.

Institute administrators are responsible for managing access to the organisation’s account, including creating users, assigning roles, managing records, and removing or deactivating users.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping credentials confidential, maintaining account security, restricting unauthorised access, and notifying Grawity if you believe an account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You must not use GIMS to violate applicable laws, access another user’s account without authorisation, bypass access controls, interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape data, misrepresent authority, or infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Grawity may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or the Service.

Institutes and authorised users may submit information relating to students, teachers, staff, attendance, fees, assessments, and other educational activity. You retain your rights and interests in data you submit to GIMS.

The institute remains responsible for determining what information it submits and how that information is used within the institute. GIMS provides management tools; it does not guarantee that information entered by users is accurate, complete, or current.

If GIMS introduces paid plans or paid features, applicable pricing, taxes, billing, renewal, refund, and payment terms will be communicated before or during purchase.

GIMS may integrate with or depend on third-party infrastructure, communications, payment, analytics, or other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

GIMS, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, documentation, original content, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Grawity and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of GIMS or its intellectual property. Feedback, ideas, recommendations, and bug reports may be used by Grawity to improve the Service without an obligation to compensate you.

We aim to keep GIMS available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, security incidents, network problems, third-party failures, and events outside reasonable control can affect access.

Grawity may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Grawity takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect GIMS and information processed through it. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security; users remain responsible for their credentials and devices.

Grawity may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, unlawful use, a security risk, abuse of the Service, unmet payment obligations where applicable, or a legal requirement.

GIMS is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Grawity does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, completely secure, or suitable for every individual requirement.

GIMS is a management tool and does not replace an institute’s responsibility for its administrative, academic, financial, legal, or regulatory decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grawity will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of GIMS.

Grawity may update these Terms as GIMS evolves or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date. Where legally required, additional notice of material changes will be provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to GIMS will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India. For questions, contact Grawity at info@grawity.in or +91 99106 37030.
