Reports and dashboard

The numbers you need, without building a spreadsheet

Owners shouldn’t have to total a register to know how the month is going. GIMS keeps the important numbers current, and every figure comes from the same records your team uses.

How it works

  1. 01

    Open the dashboard

Students, this month’s collection, pending fees and attendance — each with the month and the all-time figure.

  2. 02

    Act on what needs attention

Overdue fees and admissions waiting for approval are called out first, each linking to where you fix it.

  3. 03

    Check what changed

Recent activity shows who admitted, edited, collected or deleted what, and when.

  4. 04

    Take your data with you

Export a full backup at any time, as a JSON file you can restore or an Excel copy you can read.

Questions

Asked by institutes like yours.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do teachers see the institute’s totals?

No. A teacher’s dashboard covers their own students and batches.

Are reversed payments counted in collection?

No. A reversed payment stays in the history but is left out of every total.

Can we export our data?

Yes, any time, from Settings: a JSON backup you can restore, or an Excel copy for spreadsheets.
