Fees you can follow up with confidence
Fee follow-up is uncomfortable when the numbers are unclear. GIMS keeps each student’s fee terms and every payment against them, so the balance is always calculated — never guessed.
How it works

A fee plan at admission
Taken from the course: one-time or monthly, with any registration fee. Add a flat or percentage discount for the student.

Record a payment
Full or partial, by cash, UPI, card, bank transfer or cheque. A receipt number is assigned and a PDF receipt is emailed to the student.

See what’s pending
One report shows every outstanding balance, split into due and overdue. Monthly dues add up from the admission date on their own.

Remind without awkwardness
Students get automatic reminder emails, and you can send a ready-written WhatsApp reminder in one tap.

Every payment gets a receipt number and a PDF receipt carrying your institute’s name and logo.
Corrections, never deletions
A wrong entry is reversed with a reason. It stays in the history and stops counting toward the totals.
Automatic reminders
1–3 days before the due date, on the day, then 3, 10 and 30 days late — then monthly, up to 180 days.

Can a payment be deleted?
It is reversed instead, with a reason. The reversal is kept in the history and the amount stops counting, so your records always show what happened.
Can we turn reminder emails off?
Yes. Fee reminder emails are on by default and can be switched off in Settings.
How is a monthly fee calculated?
From the student’s admission date, each month that has started adds one month’s fee. What’s due is that total minus everything paid, so part payments count too.
