Grawity Classroom

GIMS runs the institute. Classroom runs the learning.

Grawity Classroom is where students study — lessons, assignments, tests and certificates. GIMS keeps it in step with your institute, so nobody is set up twice.

How it works

  1. 01

    Link a course

Create a Classroom course from a GIMS course in one click, or link one that already exists.

  2. 02

Everyone is set up for you

Students on that course, and your teachers, get Classroom accounts automatically — and keep them in step as things change.

  3. 03

    One login for both

The same email and password open GIMS and Classroom. “Open Classroom” signs you straight in.

  4. 04

Each batch at its own pace

Teachers tick off lessons taught for their batch; students see what their class has covered.

What you get

Automatic accounts

Admissions, batch changes, course changes and archiving all reach Classroom on their own.

One sign-in

No second password. Students sign in to Classroom with the details GIMS emailed them.

Batch-aware lessons

A student sees the lessons their batch has been taught; a student who missed a day can still catch up.

Attendance from Classroom

Teachers can take attendance in Classroom; it’s saved in GIMS.

Admissions from Classroom

Teachers can admit students from Classroom, under the same approval rules.

Classroom-only teachers

Some teachers only need Classroom. Switch off their GIMS access and nothing else changes.

Questions

Asked by institutes like yours.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do we need Classroom to use GIMS?

No. GIMS works on its own. Classroom adds lessons, assignments and learning for your students when you want it.

What happens when a student leaves?

When they leave a course or are archived in GIMS, their Classroom access to it is removed. Students who complete a course keep it. Their history is kept either way.

Is attendance kept in two places?

No. It’s kept once, in GIMS. Classroom reads and writes the same register.
